I’ve updated www.marczaosanders.com with a Talks page, which includes action shots! If your company is interested in timeboxing as a path to less stressed, more intentional, higher-performing people in 2025, please be in touch.
TLDR: Establish timeboxing as a habit over the next seven days
Word count: 262

Six months ago I launched a free email course, called 7 Days of Timeboxing. One email, daily, for seven consecutive days. Utterly simple, wonderfully effective. The point of it is to get users up and running with timeboxing, to establish a habit in under a week (you really don’t need 254 days!) Since then, hundreds have taken the course and many have left glowing feedback about their subsequent enlightenment.
I’m highlighting it again now as there have been many new subscribers to this newsletter since May, and I recently learned that 88% of you don’t timebox consistently. I’ve also gone through each of the seven days of material and updated it this week.
The course is free, for now. I have a plan to introduce a paywall some time in 2025. So if you want to get in before that, act swiftly. Each day, there’s a lesson, a challenge, and a fact. And because it’s email, you will get all the material delivered to your inbox - you can’t miss it. It’s also searchable, courtesy of the functionality of your email client.
Here’s what to expect:
Day 1: What is timeboxing and why do it
Day 2: Which tasks should I timebox?
Day 3: The softer, more important side of timeboxing
Day 4: Timeboxing to adjust the balance in your life
Day 5: Timeboxing to upskill
Day 6: Reflections on timeboxes past
Day 7: Timeboxing forever
Sign up here (it’s delivered via MailChimp since Substack doesn’t have the functionality).
Enjoy this habit of habits by the next time I write to you.
