TLDR: get a short, free email course on timeboxing

I’m convinced that timeboxing is an antidote to the stresses and strains modernity. I’d really like it to make a difference to you and people you know whom you think it might also help. I’ve observed the practice spread like a wonderfully benevolent virus; a timeboxed shared calendar is fertile ground for the practice to be seen, emulated and spread further.
I’ve been trying to spread this message for a while.
In 2012, I read this HBR article: To-do lists don’t work.
In 2018, I wrote this HBR article: How Timeboxing Works and Why It Will Make You More Productive.
In 2022, someone made a viral TikTok video.
In 2023, I started a Substack newsletter — this one.
In 2024, I published a book: Timeboxing — The Power of Doing One Thing at a Time.
My next effort is a free (except for the book, all the above are available free of charge) 7-day micro-course, called 7 days of Timeboxing, delivered by email.
If you sign up by dropping your email here, you will get exactly seven emails, one straight away, and and one for each of the next six consecutive days.
Collectively, this course provides a solid primer on how-to-timebox.
And since the medium is email, it’s:
effortless to receive and access
searchable
readily shareable with friends, family and colleagues — please do
yours forever
So, if this appeals, please sign up now. And in about a week, after you have read all seven, let me know what you think. Email replies to this address reach me and I read them all.
Until next time (which will be in…seven days),
Marc
