Hi Marc, I read your book but not clear about one thing.

When you time box daily items on your calendar, do you keep them on your to do list until they are done and then check off? If yes, does it mean that you keep a daily list on your task manager or word document? thank you

hello ahu. i have a large word (google, actually) doc with all my notes, thoguhts, meetings AND to-do lists. as soon as a task goes from the doc into my calendar (it's timeboxed), i check it off in the google doc, as i know it's going to be taken care of. there is a natural migration from my google doc (which includes the to-do list) to the calendar. the book has a chapter dedicated to the to-do list, and it's possibly the most practically useful chapter.
